Preferred solution: We clearly bought a bad unit and no one is willing to take responsibility (Dealer or TaoTao). We had it in our possession less than the dealer did since purchase! Replacing my unit would be great! Refund would also be great.

Design flaw and poor customer service

User's recommendation: Depending if I hear back from Tao I would stay away. It’s cheap for a reason and apparently the customer service is severely lacking. I’ve been trying to reach them for days and so is the shop where I purchased the dirt bike, they are unable to reach their vendor in regards to this matter.
